sir gsm service is not work perporly in my area . it’s network is so poor in my area. network problem is big problem here . i am frm Near Ajmer road Bhankrota, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

you need to talk to the customer care about this they will assist you in this matter.
May be you need to submit your documents again in the Reliance Office.

thanx for launching rel GSM service but it has lot of problem
1. poor network
2. too much busy whenever u want to call someone
3. if u r in trouble then u cant call with rel GSM sim, u have had to prefer other network
4. fully bakbas

But Network Of Reliance Is Not Come On Nayagaon,Shivrajpur,Samaliya & Saroda
So We Not Get A Reliance Service

sir i ve puchased a reliance GSM sim card on 18th Dec 09.
i ve submitted all the required documents bt my services has been barred on 23 dec 09 eve by sending a message that documents not recieved.till now i ve submitted my documents three times to my dealer as there is no reliance web world in jaisalmer (raj.) bt my services are still barred and no reply from reliance customer care. i had also recharged my sim with india calling card of rs 650/- which is goin in vain with out use.There is no service fcility to ensure d gud service .if u can help me with this inconvenience.

Why should reliance claim itself to be india’s no1 cdma service provider?? Rather its network is too poor to describe.. Any time every time the crass cacaphony comes to hear: ” This route is busy, please try again later.” Moreover the situation becomes worst during night..
